Quality & Sustainability

We can hear the grass growing

hasenkamp is committed to the principles of corporate social responsibility. The management of the social responsibility is the focus of our activities. For an international Company this is not only adequate; the company as a whole benefits from CSR. Our philosophy consists of social responsibility, responsibility towards the environment plus ethics.

The prime goal of our quality policy is long-term customer satisfaction. To ensure the highest possible quality standard, combined with constantly changing requirements, we continually optimise our products, services and processes.

We place great value on our sense of responsibility regarding our actions, innovations, communication and training in order to fulfill our quality objectives.

A further goal is to provide environmentally-friendly services. We do our utmost to ensure that all statutory environmental regulations are strictly complied with.

Environmental protection is a global challenge. The conservation of natural resources and their simultaneous utilisation must be regarded as a long-term ecological approach, which therefore also represents an investment into the future. We save resources through the effective use of materials and energy as well as through a balanced water utilisation. We succeed in this strategy by exploiting and promoting existing saving potentials in our company, but not by unreasonable limitations and instead rather focus on the implementation of effective technical solutions.

To achieve these goals, we have introuduced a comprehensive integrated management system in selected Business areas in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015, DIN EN ISO 14001:2015, DIN EN ISO 50001:2011 and the FIDI Standards. The certified processes are documented and designed to fulfil our Quality and environmental Targets. This enables us to guarantee a continuous optimization process. Accredited certification organisations (DEKRA, FAIM Coordination Centre Cap Gemini Ernst & Young) audit the effectiveness of the system annually.
